Security Academy – IV

International Relations Council Association (IRCT) organized the fourth Security Academy. It was held on 18-21 June 2010 at Işık University Şile Campus with the theme of “International Security in the 21st Century”. In the training program, organized with the contributions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Işık University, security-themed simulations were organized for the first time with the active participation of the participants, unlike previous programs. 

27 people from different universities and state institutions in Turkey participated in the mentioned program and were entitled to receive certificates. The program focused on “Perception of the Concept of Security in Turkey”, “Media and Security”, “Turkey’s Security Problems Through the Perspective of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey”, “New Security Issues” and “Regional Security Issues”.
