‘The Role of the Defence Industry and the Evolving Technologies on Black Sea Security and Policymaking’ Webinar was held on the 9th of December 2025. This webinar marked the third session of the #SecureBlackSea project and examined evolving security dynamics, sources of instability, and opportunities for enhanced regional cooperation. Particular attention has been given to the roles of external actors and international organizations—such as NATO, the EU, OSCE, and BSEC—in promoting resilience, crisis management, and long-term cooperative frameworks.
