Dr. Nil Dikmengil has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Izmir University of Economics since 2021 and she is one of the coordinators of the Defence and Security Technologies Research Hub. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Galatasaray, Department of International Relations and a master’s degree from the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, (MSc. International Management, Legislation and Society). In 2025, she received her doctoral degree at the University of Marmara, Department of International Relations. Her academic interests include global governance, public-private partnerships, theories of international relations and global civil society.
