His academic work focuses on the intersection of cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and international relations, where he seeks to translate theoretical insights into practice through the development of AI-based models and data-driven analytical tools, with particular emphasis on technology diplomacy and digital security strategies. In terms of professional experience, Nacar completed an internship at the DE\u0130K Eurasia Business Council, where he assumed responsibilities in the planning, coordination, and reporting of high-level organizational activities.
