She has worked extensively on the politics of drone technology in Turkey and the interface between dual-use technologies and policymaking. She holds a Ph.D. degree in IR at Kadir Has University. Previously, she worked as a doctoral researcher for a defense-industrial project at the Center for Foreign Policy and Peace Research at Bilkent University. She has been a research fellow at the Square, Mediterranean Centre for Revolutionary Studies since April 2024.
