The COVID-19 crisis emerges as a phenomenon that has had the most widespread impact on a global scale since the Second World War, and in this respect, by affecting countries, international structures, companies and even processes, it brings long-term results. Many things are now called the “old normal” in the living space of humanity, which is under the influence of the virus, and the recession it causes in the economic field deeply shakes the vital interests of nation states. By rendering the known crisis management methods dysfunctional, the pandemic led the developed, developing or underdeveloped countries to an isolated lifestyle in a very short time without discrimination, and therefore led to an increase in the existing vulnerabilities in organized structures such as the European Union. In this context, it has disabled the conventional decision-making mechanisms in the political problems it has created, and has led to the introduction of health-based decision-making dynamics apart from politicians. Education sector, social life, working life (including judiciary, military service), freedom of travel, etc. It is predicted that health-based consultants will play a decisive role in the decisions taken by political decision makers and will make their influence felt for a while.<\/p>
