Kadir Has \u00dcniversitesi Uluslararas\u0131 ve Avrupa \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 Merkezi (CIES) ile Panorama Portal taraf\u0131ndan ortakla\u015fa hayata ge\u00e7irilen bu proje, Uluslararas\u0131 \u0130li\u015fkiler alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve anlat\u0131lar\u0131n sadece akademik kitlelerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ortak inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n sonucu olarak, bu konulara ilgi duyabilecek herkese ula\u015fmak amac\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this initiative is to reach the general public as well as specialist audiences with informed assessments on the state of our world. It is an extension of the work being carried out both by the Center for International and European Studies (CIES) at Kadir Has University and the Panorama portal.
